By threading the imagination through the asana practice, Chloe creates a class that emphasizes mindfulness and self discovery. She believes the mindful asana to be a gateway into accessing deep healing and authenticity in life. At the end of the day, Chloe believes in the power of this practice to positively impact the community and ultimately the planet to imagine and create a brighter future.
As a lifetime Encinitas native with a Yogini mother, Chloe has practiced many different types of yoga from an early age. Frustrated with collegiate running injuries and stagnation, she found refuge in practicing yoga at a deeper level
