Kristen genuinely believes that we, as humans, have the incredible opportunity to make big, positive change. Times are changing, people's values are changing and business leaders are creating a revolution in capitalism through for-profit business models that focus on humanity and the planet as priorities in addition to profit. Non-profit organizations are restructuring giving models as generational philanthropy values are transforming. We are closing the disconnect between the way we want to live and the way we do business. We are in a time where what we do must matter.

Kristen's intention is to align these values and her passion with her work--living a life of purpose. She is inspired every day by people who live their passion, putting into motion initiatives that extend far beyond the boardroom and approach the world as a symbiotic, unified family. Collaboration with these people, helping them find their voice through writing and creating connection is how she lives her purpose and her passion.
