Bring your body into balance! Discover how and why the sequence of yoga makes us feel the way it does through a basic introduction to the Flow of Qi in Chinese Medicine. Learn how the ancient techniques of Chinese Medicine and Yoga are deeply intertwined and compliment one another. This class will have a special focus on prepping the body for the Fall/Winter season through an intentional gentle detox flow and myofascial release techniques. No prior exposure to Chinese Medicine or yoga necessary. This will be an ALL Levels workshop integrating yoga movement through the lens of the flow of qi based on Traditional Chinese Medicine theory.

Aubrey Hackman is a local yoga teacher currently studying to become a Doctor of Chinese Medicine at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. She was raised within a household of Chinese Medicine practitioners and has had a lifelong passion for health, wellness and movement. The fusion of Chinese Medicine with Yoga has re-ignited her passion for yoga and led her to a much deeper understanding of the techniques and philosophies within both systems.
